Art Needlepoint began its online identity with a template offered by a company that offered little to no services. The functionality was very limited, but it allowed us to do some market testing of a new product line. Within a very short time it was rather evident that this was a poor choice for our website and if we stayed with this package we would never get where we wanted to be in this niche market so we "shopped" around a little and asked a trusted friend who he would choose to recreate the website. He directed us to GoodBarry and proceeded to design and implement a new site.

Across time, they have answered every question or concern that we had, and at times there were many. They have even implemented a few of our suggestions for improvements to the system which benefited all users but were especially helpful to meeting our requirements at the time. This level of support has allowed us to focus on branding online through advertising, linking and keyword dominance. etc. Some specific differences between the software we used and GoodBarry's ever enhanced system have been presentation capability; detailed reporting of visitors, abandon rates, sales, geographic locations of potential and realized customers; customize marketing campaigns and promotions, and a host of other functions that were either not available previously or were not fully developed. The positive shopping experience we wanted to create has been accomplished. I hope that as we grow and find need for more in depth drilling on some reporting they will respond as timely.
In the year we have been with GoodBarry we have gained considerable ground. Our visitors have grown month to month, our conversions have grown month to month, our sales have grown month to month despite the recent financial worries -- and much of this growth we attribute to the capabilities of their hosting service. Just as importantly our customer retention is becoming more and more obvious We have grown from a few hundred visitors per day or week to several thousand and growing. In time we are sure this number will exponentially grow as we make use of a number of features that we have yet to take full advantage of (ie. RSS channels and Blogs). Our two year plan out will include a series of informational features that will help to enhance the visitor and customer's experience of our brand. As GoodBarry continually improves their capabilities, we seek to do the same and we are absolutely thrilled to have found them and partner our business with theirs!
