Current Positions
GoodBarry .NET Web Development Ninja
We're looking for a smart, motivated, hands-on .NET developer with a desire for world domination. You'd need multi-faceted web development skills, being able to tap dance across .NET (C# & VB), SQL, XHTML and Javascript routines. You'd probably think that in a pinch, you could code a new, better version of GMail in a couple of weekends. So plenty of Unobtrusive Javascript and Ajax is a must!
Ok, seriously now: We're growing really fast and need a gun developer who can really run with this baby. You'll have the opportunity to move into a more senior, tech-lead role in the medium term. If you're interested in stock options, we can talk about that too - we want to share our success with you.
You'll need to have a degree in a software related field, and have some serious experience in web development with .NET, from architecture to deployment.
Specifically, you'll need to be really comfortable with:

- Strong Front-End XHTML, Unobtrusive Javascript and Ajax
- Web Services, SOAP & XML
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Software Architecture & Design

Technical Support Engineer at GoodBarry
We're looking for an articulate and motivated person with an analytical mind and a background in technical support. In your day to day role you'll focus on delivering friendly and fast email support and participate in our online forums to assist our resellers and customers. You'll also proactively suggest improvments to our support processes and documentation and assist in software testing.
To be successful in this role, you need a mix of technical thinking and great people skills. Question topics range from basic to advanced web development, so problem solving abilities and a willingness to learn new technologies are essential. You'll also have a big part to play in suggesting improvements to our development team, so you'll need initiative and the ability to empathize with our customers.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a happy disposition and a "here to help" attitude
- Have a high standard of professionalism
- Have experience in customer service, IT help desk, or technical support
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills
- Be an analytical thinker and problem solver
