Customer Reports: Report on opt-in status

You can now use the Customer Report Generator to report on your customer's double opt-in status. Simply go to Reports->Create a Customer Report and choose 'Contacts & Companies'. You can now choose to display and filter on the opt-in status of your customers.
Automatically unsubscribe customers from your newsletters

You are probably wondering why you would want to do this? Imagine a scenario where customers subscribe to one of your newsletters. In that newsletter you are encouraging them to return and buy from you, make an inquiry, book into an event and so forth. In some circumstances it may make sense to then unsubscribe a customer from the original list when they take a particular action on your site. You can now configure any web form that is used for inquiries, bookings or the online shop checkout to do this.
Simply identify the ID of the list (Marketing->Lists) and alter the action URL of your web form.
e.g. action="/FormProcessv2.aspx?..." change to: action="/FormProcessv2.aspx?...&ListUnsubscribe=XXXX" (where XXXX is the ID of your list)
Site Search Improvements

From time to time we've been asked by customers whether they can re-index their entire website - you can now easily do this by going to Modules->Search. Please note that any content that you create or delete is automatically reflected in the search index.

Forum Improvements

We've add a bunch of new features to our forums.
- Avatars - You can now allow your community members to have an avatar in your forums. Simply add {tag_avatar} to your "Individual Post Layout".
- Bubbling of Threads - When you choose this option any threads which has recently been posted to will appear first. The default behavior is to display threads by the date they were first created (newest first).
- Sticky Threads - You can now make any topic sticky via the Administration interface. A sticky thread will stay at the very top of all threads. Sticky threads generally contain rules or other important information about the current forum.
- Add to Favorites - You can now allow your community members to add any thread to their favorite's list. Simply add Add to Favorites to your "Individual Topic Layout".
FedEx Shipping Improvements

We've recently updated our FedEx integrated shipping feature to include all shipping options that FedEx offers. When using this option your customers will now see all available shipping options with various rates so they can choose the one that best suits their budget and time frame for receiving the goods.

Triangle 2.6 released! Full support for both our data centers
We've just released Triangle 2.6 which will provide full support for both our data centers. So whether you have some sites hosted in North America and others in Asia Pacific, Triangle will automatically connect to the correct one and allow you to work with that site directly inside Adobe Dreamweaver. Please note Triangle 2.6 will no longer support Dreamweaver 8 on Mac.
Triangle 2.6 will work on:
- On Mac Dreamweaver CS3 only
- On Windows Dreamweaver v8 or Dreamweaver CS3

System Limit Increase: File size limit now a whopping 100Mb!

Over the coming weeks we are increasing a number of system limits which are going to positively impact every customer! To date the maximum file size that could be uploaded to the system either via the File Manager of FTP was 20Mb. This limit also applied to attachments received via email. We've just increased this limit to a whopping 100Mb. That means you can now upload significantly larger files such as streaming videos or podcasts. If you are using email then the maximum attachment size you can receive is now 100Mb also! We hope you enjoy this new enhancement.
Use product import to update volume discount prices

You can now use the product import to update any product's volume discount prices. To take advantage of this feature simply re-download the product import template (Admin->Import->Products) and refer to the instructions enclosed in this document.
More granular online shop abandon rate reporting

If you are familiar with our eCommerce Report Generator, you'd know that you can closely measure abandon rates of your online shop. Nearly every online shops loses sales to abandoned carts, so understanding where your customers abandon allows you to make improvements that impacts on your bottom line. We've made further improvements so you can dig even deeper into abandoned carts. The system now measures abandon rate in both $ value and quantity of items in 3 different areas.
- Before the customer checks out
- At the checkout / payment form
- If payment fails due to expired credit card, insufficient funds and so forth
There are various initiatives you can take in these areas to decrease the rate of abandoned carts. To learn more go to Reports->Create an eCommerce Report and choose Abandon Rate to create this report.
Product Copy feature

This much requested feature allows you to replicate a product in your online shop with a click of a button. This feature will copy a product including its attributes, grouping and upselling information, prices and the catalogs the original product belongs to. To try this out go to any product and click on "Copy this Product" in the Action Box.
